Where are you based?

✔︎ We are located in Las Vegas, NV, however some of our products will be Express Shipped from our fast and efficient distribution partner in The USA and should arrive in 3 - 8 business days. 

How much is shipping?

✔︎ If you’re located in the US and your order is over $50, not a cent! We send out all orders over $50 via free standard shipping. Orders under $50 will be charged $9.99 shipping.

Is The Oodie overpriced?

✔︎ The Oodie is worth every dollar. Our price is purely based on the high quality of materials. You will know exactly what we are talking about when you first touch our Oodie and experience its comfort.

What if I don't like what I ordered?

✔︎ We are extremely confident that you will love our products. However if you do not find an issue, we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition if our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return an item please email our team at streamingdice@gmail.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your item.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

You are required to cover all return shipping costs.
